User Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their stored data and connected social account details associated with BrandPilot.

How to request deletion

A deletion request may be submitted by emailing hello@brandpilot.co.in with the registered email address, company name, and deletion request details.

What may be deleted

Depending on the request, BrandPilot may delete stored profile information, connected account records, tokens, posting rules, generated content, and related workflow data tied to the requesting account.

Processing time

Deletion requests are generally reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after ownership verification and account validation.

Third-party platform data

If data also exists on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or another connected platform, users may need to separately manage permissions or remove app access directly from that provider.
